Collapsed Ad Disclaimers

You can now show an ad's disclaimer behind an info icon, so ads that need legal text can run in more placements.

• Collapsed or persistent - Show the disclaimer behind an info icon next to "Sponsored", or keep it visible on the ad

• Room for longer text - Write up to 280 characters for a collapsed disclaimer, or 140 for a persistent one

• Bulk upload - Set the display mode with the disclaimer_display_mode column
